At ADI, our business development strategy is much more than a marketing plan. It is an essential part of the way we do business-if not the most essential. Our strategy is simple and direct: put the right product in the hands of the right customer. And we make this happen by: 1) vetting the product for key discriminators; 2) identifying customers and users who will champion the effort; and 3) crafting an individually tailored business development roadmap that outlines a path to success.
To craft each winning strategy, ADI engages a team of subject matter experts comprised of our Leadership, Board of Advisors, Staff and specialized consultants. Our team of experts will collectively reach across the federal government and engage decision makers at every level whether it's within the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, General Services Administration, or law enforcement agencies, to name a few.
While each business development strategy is unique and individually constructed for a particular product, all strategies are created and mutually agreed upon by both the client and ADI. We consider ourselves successful if our clients are successful.
